Every year thousands of families make the Belgrade Theatre’s legendary pantomime an essential part of their Christmas celebrations. This year’s show, Beauty and the Beast, is an enchanting tale of heroic adventure, true love and festive frivolity and will run on the Belgrade’s Main Stage from 30 November to 9 January.
Beauty and the Beast is once again created by the team of Iain Lauchlan and Will Brenton, who have written, directed and starred in numerous Belgrade pantos as well as having created the children’s TV phenomenon The Tweenies.

Coventry favourite, Andy Hockley, returns as the glamorous Dame Dorothy-Do-It, whizzing around on her turbo-charged Hoover! Spectacular costumes, wonderful sets and loads of laughs bring this enchanting tale to life.

You’ll also meet a host of other characters including the arrogant bully Eugene, his sidekick Porky Pimple and of course, Beauty, with her captivating love that saves the beast from his ill-fated destiny.
